Marshawn Razor, MBA, is a senior-level strategist with nearly two decades of experience designing and implementing transformative employee engagement and learning solutions in complex, mission-driven organizations. She currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Loyola University Chicago’s Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where she helps lead university-wide strategies that center human connection, drive cultural change, and enhance the experiences of faculty and staff -resulting in increased job satisfaction, knowledge, and retention.
A builder at heart, Marshawn played a pivotal role in transitioning this integral work from a Human Resources function to an independent office at Loyola. Her leadership has resulted in impactful and sustainable programs such as Faculty and Staff Affinity Groups, READI Professional Development Series, READI Impact Awards, READI Community of Practice, and building a network of hundreds at Loyola who serve as engaged allies.
Marshawn earned her B.A from Howard University and her M.B.A from Loyola's Quinlan School of Business. Marshawn enjoys time with loved ones, recreating restaurant dishes at home, and watching a compelling documentary – no matter the topic!
