Zhen Ju

International Student Advisor, DSO/ARO

Zhen Ju joined the International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) since 2022. In her role, she serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) for Loyola’s F-1 Student & Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) and as an Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program. Ms. Ju works closely with Loyola’s international student community, providing comprehensive immigration advising and supporting students’ holistic development through their U.S. higher education journey and beyond. Prior to joining ISSS, Ms. Ju served as an Academic Advisor at IMG Academy and as a Graduate Admission Advisor at Loyola University Chicago. She holds an MEd in Foreign Language Education from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MEd in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago.

Outside of work, Zhen enjoys traveling, exploring Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods, and spending time with her cat.
