Vlada Tkach

Ph.D. student

Vlada Tkach is a Ph.D. student in Political Science at Loyola University Chicago. She received her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Saint Petersburg State University in Russia and her M.A. in International Relations from the University of Chicago. Her research interests include self-determination, conflict management, with a regional focus on the Balkans.
