Diana Dram
Lecturer of Supply Chain Management
Diana Dram is a lecturer of Supply Chain Management in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a seasoned business leader, strategist, and consultant with expertise in strategic planning, global supply chain management, and business transformation.
Prior to joining Loyola, Diana served as the Director of Global Supply Chain Resiliency and Sales & Operations Planning at McDonald’s, where she led strategic efforts to secure supply assurance, drive digitization, and enable business growth. With a track record of leading complex change management programs, she was instrumental in advancing resiliency, efficiency, sustainable sourcing, and automation in supply chains globally. She also spearheaded the deployment of integrated business planning and managed supplier performance and multibillion-dollar category spend across geographies.
Earlier in her career, Diana built extensive management experience in finance, strategy, and marketing, providing her with a cross-functional approach to solving business challenges. She now applies that skillset as an educator, consultant, board member, and community builder, advising students, businesses, startups, and organizations on leadership, strategy, operations, change management, innovation, and career and market readiness.
Diana is actively involved in professional and community organizations, serving on the boards of the Romanian Community Center of Chicago, Romanian United Foundation’s GlobalRomania, and the International Trade Club of Chicago. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University, graduate degrees from Purdue University and the University of Amsterdam, and an undergraduate degree from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University.
