Leadership philosophy
"I believe leadership is about having the courage to take charge, the consistency to bring trust, and the work ethic to set a standard of excellence. I will work to lead with a competitive edge, pushing myself and my team to achieve ambitious goals while fostering an environment built on trust and open communication. I will strive to hold myself and others accountable to continually grow and improve. Leadership, to me, means confidently guiding a team through challenges, owning mistakes with humility, and becoming a leader others respect and are proud to say represents the team."
