L. Bobby Papoulias, Ed.D.
Adjunct Faculty
Dr. Lambe “Bobby” Papoulias brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and leadership to the classroom. He has taught courses in digital media, social media marketing, brand strategy, business writing, and organizational leadership, with an emphasis on applying theory to real-world contexts. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Papoulias has held senior marketing leadership roles in real estate, financial services, and entrepreneurial ventures, where he directed brand strategy, managed cross-channel campaigns, and led teams in building digital engagement strategies. He earned his Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, where his research focused on online learning styles and teaching strategies. Passionate about student growth, Dr. Papoulias encourages learners to develop strong communication skills, think strategically, and approach challenges with creativity and confidence.
