Born and raised in Chicago, Emily Rose is a clinical trainee currently enrolled in the MSW program at Loyola University Chicago. This line of study emerged from her commitment to anti-racism and social justice, as well as her belief in the transformative potential of group work and individual mental health support. Emily Rose takes a person-centered, integrative, relational approach in her work with individuals from all backgrounds, utilizing trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming lenses. Working from a position of cultural humility and deeply valuing the diversity of human experience, Emily Rose is passionate about collective liberation, body positivity, LGBTQIA+ community, neurodiversity, and honoring all non-conforming and divergent identities. As a social worker, she works with clients to identify the social and environmental factors impacting their well-being and to unpack the stress of living through our modern age. With warmth and care, Emily Rose strives to create a culture of authenticity and non-judgment within a compassionate therapeutic relationship, with room for laughter and the full range of your lived experience.
