Nikoo Karbassi is a second year PhD student in the clinical psychology program. She is excited to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals using a collaborative approach that is grounded in cultural humility. In particular, she is interested in helping clients works through a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges, including sleep and mood difficulties as well as eating and exercise habits. Prior to Loyola, Nikoo received her undergraduate degree in sociology at Princeton University and coordinated clinical trials at Drexel University, where she completed assessments for eating disorders. In her free time, Nikoo enjoys climbing, going on outdoor adventures, spending time with loved ones, and exploring different cultures and places.
