What attracted you to Arrupe College?

I was drawn to Arrupe College because its mission combines everything that has motivated me throughout my career—access, equity, and the power of education to change lives. My background in communications, fundraising, and marketing has always centered on lifting up voices and connecting people to opportunities, and Arrupe represents that work at its most meaningful level.

What is your favorite aspect about working at Arrupe?

What keeps me here is not only the mission but the people. Arrupe students are resilient and ambitious, and the College has built an ecosystem of support that allows them to thrive. I’ve seen firsthand how the combination of affordability, wraparound services, and a strong academic foundation transforms outcomes—not just for students, but for their families and communities.

In short, Arrupe embodies the type of institution I’ve always wanted to dedicate myself to: one that reimagines higher education to be more just, accessible, and achievable. That alignment between my values, my professional experience, and the impact I can help make is what attracted me and continues to inspire me every day.
