Faculty and Staff
Faculty and Staff
At Arrupe College, our outstanding faculty and staff are at the heart of everything we do.
Students at Arrupe are taught and mentored by full-time Loyola University Chicago faculty, most of whom hold terminal degrees in their fields. Unlike many two-year and community colleges that rely on part-time or adjunct instructors, our students benefit from a rigorous, relationship-centered learning environment led by dedicated educators who also serve as academic advisors and mentors.
With an average class size of just 19 students, our faculty foster deep, personalized engagement—challenging students to grow intellectually, morally, and spiritually. This is paired with a holistic support system that includes academic coaching, wellness resources, career guidance, and more.
Together, our faculty and staff empower Arrupe students—96% of whom are students of color, many the first in their families to attend college—to earn their degrees on time and with little to no debt, and to move on to further higher education or meaningful employment.
We’re more than a college—we’re a community. And our faculty and staff are what make it exceptional.
