What attracted you to Arrupe College?
I came to Arrupe College because of its holistic approach to student success and its strong commitment to access and opportunity. I feel grateful to be part of a community that supports students’ growth academically, personally, and professionally.
How did you get involved in higher education?
I was drawn to higher education because it combines two things I care deeply about - supporting students and creating meaningful learning experiences. I love collaborating with students and external partners to design opportunities where students can apply what they’re learning, clarify career goals, and build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
What is your favorite aspect about working at Arrupe? Biggest challenge?
My favorite aspect is walking alongside students as they take important steps toward their future. In my role in career services, it’s incredibly rewarding to help students discover their strengths, explore career paths, and build skills for life after graduation. Biggest challenge? Graduation is always bittersweet! It’s hard to say goodbye, but inspiring to see students step confidently into their next chapter.
