Before his current role, Robert served as a school counselor, high school dean, and restorative intervention specialist in the high school setting. Robert brings a deep understanding of student development and a passion for education. With a strong grasp of school systems and structures, he is committed to building lasting supports for all communities. A former collegiate track and field athlete, Robert holds a bachelor's degree in Sport Management and a master’s degree in School Counseling.
Robert is the son of Haitian immigrants and was deeply shaped by the example of his mother, father, and grandmother, each of whom dedicated their lives to serving immigrant families in the Chicagoland area through various nonprofit and grassroots efforts. He enjoys basketball, running, trying new cuisines, and spending quality time with his wife. Robert is excited to deepen his values, expand his experience, and sharpen his vision for impact through the Baumhart Scholars MBA program at Loyola University Chicago.
