Effective January 1, 2026, the student and employee validation rate will be $15.00 for 12 hours at all times. 900 N. Michigan has eliminated the day, evening and weekend parking rates.
Students and employee parking validations will be switched to the Metropolis system where discounted parking will be applied via the use of a special QR code available at the Corboy Lobby Desk. The garage will no longer offer validations through chaser tickets and the validation stamp machine.
