The Appellate Lawyers Association’s Hudson Memorial Moot Court Competition focuses on topic of general legal interest. In recent years competitors have argued: Whether the Evans DNA Collection Act violates the Fourth Amendment and whether a city’s family code violates the Equal Protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The competition is held at DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
