Physics Club Celebrates Black History Month

Graphic with colorful geometric pattern and text reading “Loyola University Chicago Celebrates Black History Month.”

Physics Club is committed to promoting an inclusive environment for all students and especially marginalized communities. We are hosting an event focused on celebrating the history of black physicists.

The event will take place on Thursday, 02/26 at 4 PM in the Third-Floor Common Space in Cudahy Science Building. We will be having a short lecture from Dr. Greene-Johnson about her experiences as a black woman in physics and a movie focused on the impact of black researchers in physics.
