Join leaders from across the city, region, and state for Capacity Building for Capacity Builders 2026, a convening designed to move equitable economic development forward. Now in its third year, this event brings together practitioners to share what’s working, exchange lessons learned, and explore practical strategies for strengthening Chicago’s business ecosystem.

Developed in partnership with those doing the work every day, this workshop prioritizes real connection, meaningful collaboration, and professional development. Expect actionable insights, candid conversations, and opportunities to build relationships that extend beyond the room, all in service of supporting underserved communities and expanding access to opportunity.
