Demystifying AI

Learn the language of AI, one concept at a time.

This workshop was a deep dive into this transformative technology. Designed for beginners, the session provided a rigorous, conceptual grounding in the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence. We thoroughly explored the core thesis: What exactly is AI, and how does it function? Participants gained clarity on the essential technologies driving the current revolution, including an understandable breakdown of machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and GenAI. We examined the basic mechanisms—from training data to algorithmic logic—that enable AI systems to learn, predict, and generate. The workshop moved past abstract terminology and equipped attendees with the precise technical vocabulary and conceptual framework necessary to critically evaluate, integrate, and guide research using AI.
