Assistant Resident Director

Alice grew up in Rome and holds a degree in International Cooperation and a master’s in Cultural Anthropology. Before joining the Rome Center, she worked in social work and children’s education — experiences that deepened her commitment to social justice and community building.

Since January 2025, Alice has been part of the Student Life team, where she helps design and promote activities that foster well-being, creativity, and meaningful engagement among students. She believes that building a just society requires continuous learning, collective care, and play — values that guide both her work and personal passions.
