Cristo Rey Scholars
Cristo Rey Scholars come from Cristo Rey Network schools across the country.
The Cristo Rey Scholarship is a community-centered, faith-based award that supports students who primarily identify as first-generation and/or from limited-income backgrounds. Currently, there are 19 Cristo Rey Scholars enrolled at LUC. All Loyola students who graduated from a Cristo Rey Network school are part of the Cristo Rey Network Alumni (CRNA) community at Loyola.
Cristo Rey Scholars Program includes:
- Regular meetings with Cristo Rey Program and Academic Advisor
- Professional and Co-Curricular Workshops
- Peer Mentorship Program
- Loyola 360 Retreats
- Service Opportunities
- Cristo Rey Student E Board
- Community building activities in Chicago
- On-Campus Employment Assistance
- Access to tutoring resources
