Jasmine Chievous, M.Ed, QMHP
Associate Director of Academic Enrichment Programs
Jasmine Chievous has an diverse background in athletic administration, student-athlete development, student recruitment and retention, fundraising/development and enrollment management. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with various conferences and institutions, including the Gulf Coast Atlantic Conference, Big 12 Conference, Southeastern Conference, SunBelt Conference, Southland Conference, and the NAIA.
Currently, she is the Associate Director for Academic Enrichment Programs at Loyola University-Chicago. In this role, Jasmine works closely with campus and community constituents to enhance academic opportunities and support for students. She is also pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership Policy and Analysis with an emphasis in Policy Studies. Previously, Chievous was the Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development at Northwestern State University, where she oversaw the academic and personal development of student-athletes, achieving the highest student-athlete GPA in the program's history. She also held roles at Troy University and the University of Missouri, focusing on academic coordination, life skills development, career counseling, recruitment, development, and enrollment management.
Chievous holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of Missouri and a Spanish degree from Fisk University. She is actively involved in various professional organizations and committees, advocating for women entrepreneurs and inclusivity in the workforce. Her passion lies in empowering others to share their stories and fulfill their purposes.
Outside of her professional life, Jasmine loves spending time with her family, enjoying activities on the water, and traveling. Her favorite island is Grenada, where she cherishes the stunning beaches and vibrant culture.
