Loyola University Chicago Conference Services is dedicated to the success of our clients' events. Below is a list of our most commonly requested audiovisual (AV) equipment and services available at our Lake Shore and Water Tower campuses. If you don’t see the items or services you need, please reach out to us to arrange a consultation for additional services.

Any arrangements made with third-party vendors or personal equipment may incur extra fees. All prices listed are per piece of equipment, per room, per day. Cancellations of any kind are subject to the terms outlined in the Loyola University Chicago Conference Services Contract.

Audio/Visual Specialists

Audio/Visual specialists are available at an hourly rate of $50 per technician. To ensure we can staff your event, please notify Conference Services 10 business days in advance.

We ask that you notify Conference Services of any audio/visual needs at least 10 business days prior to your event.
