Event Services

Have an event in either the Damen Student Center or the Centennial Forum? Let us know what we can do to make your meeting or event run smoothly. Our professional and student staff, in partnership with Campus Reservations, will walk you through the coordination of your event every step of the way. We service all events and meetings in the Centennial Forum and the Damen Student Center.

Equipment Inventory

  • Portable projection screens
  • Portable projectors
  • Laptops
  • Microphone (wireless available upon request)
  • Microphone cords
  • Microphone stands
  • Tables (6 foot rectangular or 66" round)
  • Chairs
*You must let us know what you need prior to your event to ensure that you will receive the services that you need. All audio/visual equipment must be requested prior to a meeting for the event.
