GROW: The Family Business Center’s Mentoring Pilot Program
Connecting Generations. Strengthening Community. Sharing Wisdom.
GROW—short for Guidance, Relationships, Opportunities, and Wisdom—is a six-month mentoring pilot that connects Family Business Center members through one-on-one, cross-generational relationships. Designed specifically for the unique context of family businesses, the program supports personal and professional development while deepening engagement within the FBC community.
Open to all FBC members—across generations, roles, and experience levels—the program invites participants to share insights, gain new perspectives, and grow as mentors, mentees, or both.
Leadership and wisdom can emerge from any level of a family business. Whether you're stepping into a new role, navigating family dynamics, or bringing years of experience as an owner or executive, GROW creates space for contribution, learning, and connection.

- Foster inclusion, connection, and collaboration across the FBC community
