Are there training videos for Reporting Services Financial Reports?

Training videos are now available for Financial Reports on our SharePoint site. The training videos are organized by report type to help you quickly find what you need. 

Start with the Reporting Services Introduction to get familiar with the new platform, then explore videos by topic—such as Accounting Unit, Gift & Endowment, Capital, Sponsored Program, Detail, and Lookup reports. 

Each section walks you through how to run and use the reports effectively.

Will I still receive emailed reports?

The reports currently emailed from Grntcon@luc.edu and FinancialSystems@luc.edu via WebFOCUS will be transitioned to the new platform as soon as possible. Until the transition is complete, reports will continue to be delivered through the WebFOCUS reporting platform. While we do not have a specific timeline for this transition, we will provide updates as they become available. 

How can I get additional accounting unit or level access?

A System Access Request Form (Instructions) should be used to establish new or revised access to the Financial Reports in Reporting Services. For existing users, an AU/Level Access Form (Instructions) can be used to request additional or revised access for one AU or Level.

How can I review my access?

You can review your access to Financial Reports, Signature Authority, and Lawson Requisition Center by using the My Access Report in Financial Reports.

I don’t have access to Reporting Services, what should I do?

To request access to Financial Reports, submit an access form to FinancialSystems@luc.edu

A System Access Request Form (Instructions) should be used to establish new or revised access to the Financial Reports in Reporting Services. For existing users, an AU/Level Access Form (Instructions) can be used to request additional or revised access for one AU or Level.

I’m off campus - why can’t I log in?

When accessing Reporting Services off-campus, you must connect to Loyola’s network using  GlobalProtect
