Initiating Your Research
The first step in starting a project that involves the use of animals in research is getting an LUC Animal Component of a Research Protocol (ACORP) approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC). Information on the process can be found on the Research Channel in the Information Portal.
