Special Note:  
Description: The student will be introduced to physiologic imaging as practiced with medical isotopes. The primary aims are to demonstrate how organ systems function and can be studied non-invasively to demonstrate pathology. Basic science aspects of radioisotopes and pharmacatives are covered.
Method of Evaluation:

Students are evaluated based on:

  1. Medical knowledge (general)
  2. Basic physiology and chemistry
  3. Oral paper presentation
  4. Final examination
  5. Participation in specified department sessions

Grading: Honors/High Pass/Pass/Fail
