"Through my theology courses, I gained a deeper appreciation for diverse perspectives, ethical decision-making, and the importance of servant leadership. In business, this has translated into an ability to build strong, trust-based relationships, foster inclusive and mission-driven teams, and approach problem-solving with both analytical rigor and moral clarity. Understanding that each person comes with their own unique journey, professionally, personally, and spiritually, has helped me become a more empathetic and effective leader. "My Theology degree at Loyola gave me many tools that have shaped my journey to where I am today. Every class challenged me to expand my self-awareness, critically think in a global sense, and reflect inwards on who I am and who I want to be within my own community. Currently, I work at a university in Residential Life, working with student leaders on campus. I am also a college life coach & aid in teaching a first-year seminar class. Theology gave me the tools to dialogue about social justice, to question structural powers of authority, and a foundation on which my vocation stands."

"As a seminarian at Loyola Chicago, I explored a life of service in the Church. I decided to pursue a career in business and politics, and what I learned about values and ethics at Loyola University continues to enlighten and guide my path.
