Meetings
The University Senate meets at least 4 times per year (generally September, December, January, and April). Additional meetings may be called by the Executive Committee. Agendas are set and published before each meeting by the Executive Committee according to the procedures outlined in the University Senate Bylaws, last amended in October 2025.
Please note that agendas, which include Zoom information, will be published as meetings approach. For the minutes, please see the Past Meeting Minutes page.
University Senate meetings are OPEN to all students, faculty, and staff of the University community. We hope you will join us!
