Assistant Director - Partnerships & Pathways


Ms. Nigh professional and educational background has guided her career path within various higher education avenues from enrollment and admissions to scholarship awarding and project management and building partnerships. She has served on Institutional Review Boards, is experienced in creating new recruitment strategies for underrepresented minorities, and has experience managing partnerships with various schools, universities, and community organizations. As the Assistant Director of Partnerships & Pathways for Loyola's School of Social Work, she focuses on building relationships with community and educational partners to secure various student pathways into Loyola's social work programs, directs the annual Community Immersion Program (CIP) orientation week, and manages the need-based scholarship processes for new admit awarding.
