Please note that while the calendar says undergraduate at the top of the school calendar, it applies to both BSW and MSW students, with the exception of registration dates and graduation deadlines. Graduate students may enroll on the Thursday prior to the registration date listed for undergraduates for fall and spring. Graduation deadlines are linked below.

Summer Calendars
The School of Social Work follows Summer Session C, however our courses follow a 10-week schedule and therefore end two weeks after the listed date (August 7)
MSW and BSW students enroll on the same date for summer. MSW Graduation deadlines are linked below.
Internship Dates
| January 12 | Late and change registration begins for Spring 2026 semester |
| January 20 | Last day to add and swap classes for Spring 2026 semester |
| February 23 | Fall 2025 internship grades must be finalized or grades will be turned into a No Pass grade |
| March 23 | Last day to drop with a grade of 'W' |
| April 18-May 2 | All internship documentation due to receive a PASS grade for Spring courses |
| July 10 | Spring 2026 internship grades must be finalized or grades will be turned into a No Pass grade |
| September 15 | Launch of Sonia for Spring 2027 |
| December 1 | Launch of Sonia for Summer 2027 and Fall 2027 |
