Greg Sikora, MEd

Associate Director for Advising Operations

A bit about Greg...

  • Where's your hometown? Utica, MI
  • What’s one highlight from your first semester of college? Meeting the person who ended up becoming my best friend (and she still is!).
  • What do you wish you’d known when you started college? It’s okay to not know what you’re doing. You’re surrounded by people who are there to help you. Reach out when you need it! (better yet before you need it)
  • What do you like about advising first and second year students? Y’all keep me on my toes with all the new trends and whatnots that I am clueless about.
  • What’s your favorite thing about Loyola? It’s hard not to say the lake view! The community of Loyola is just so supportive and inclusive. I’m proud to say I’m a Rambler!
  • What’s your favorite thing about Chicago? Big city vibes with a Midwesterner mentality! The beaches help too!
  • What do you like to do in your spare time? Spending time with my boyfriend, cuddles with my dogs Sadie and Pete, video games, reading, exploring new neighborhoods and marathon training.
