Employee Assistance Program
The University offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help find solutions to issues and difficulties of daily life. It provides supportive materials designed to help you live a balanced lifestyle. This program is offered at no cost through AllOne Health and is available to all employees and their families.
Assessment, referral, and short-term counseling services are provided at no cost. If a referral includes ongoing counseling for mental health or substance abuse, AllOne will help coordinate the referral with insurance as appropriate.

Mental health sessions provide short-term counseling to help:
- Manage stress, anxiety, grief, and depression

To schedule an individual appointment with one of AllOne licensed professionals, call 800.451.1834. AllOne Health schedules appointments on weekdays from 8:00AM – 6:00PM and has 24-hour/7-day-a-week emergency services.
