Leadership Essentials Program

The Leadership Essentials Program is a series of training programs and resources curated by the Human Resources Department, provided at no cost to participants, to enhance personal and professional development for LUC Faculty and Staff.

  • Enrollment for the Leadership Essentials Program is available through Loyola's Marketplace, an easy-to-use online application that contains Program Descriptions, Dates, and Locations. Please read the session Description to learn more about the target audience, including any pre-session assignments.
  • Advance registration is strongly encouraged as sessions that do not meet minimum enrollment may be canceled.

If you have an idea for a training topic or if you would like to schedule a training session exclusively for your Team or Department, please contact Human Resources via email at enrollment-hr-training@luc.edu.
