Spring 2026 Allocations Timeline

Spring Break March 2-7 No events can be scheduled during these dates.

* "Decisions sent out" indicates the day that organizations will receive access to funding. Events submitted through SPOT must be scheduled AT LEAST two weeks after this date, to ensure that organizations have enough time to submit their purchase requests after funding is received.
Rolling Funds Cycles open every Friday ay 9am and are due every Wednesday at 5pm on LUCommunity from Friday, February 6th to Wednesday April 8th. Decisions are shared via LUCommunity on Thursday** of each week. Events requested through Rolling Funds should occur at least two weeks after the Thursday that decisions are made.
^ Appeals will be reviewed by the Student Government of Loyola Chicago Speaker of the Senate and Center for Student Engagement foreligibility. Upon review, valid appeals will be scheduled for the next available Senate.
