Define Your Loyola Experience
The Engagement Fair is one of Loyola’s Welcome Week traditions — and your chance to explore over 150 student organizations and additional engagement opportunities, all in one place!
Whether you're new to Loyola or coming back for another year, the Engagement Fair helps you start the year by connecting with communities, making friends, and defining your Loyola experience from Day One.
Engagement Fair 2025
- Date: Wednesday, August 27th
- Time: 3pm - 7pm
- Location: Damen Student Center and Gentile Arena, Lake Shore Campus

Why join a student organization?
Student organizations at Loyola are communities where you can explore your passions, step into leadership, and grow as a leader. This is your chance to:
- Discover what excites you, reflect on what matters to you, and grow — not just as a student, but as a whole person. That’s cura personalis in action
- Develop your leadership skills while staying grounded in Loyola’s mission and Jesuit values
- Build your community and connect with fellow Ramblers who share your passions and support your Loyola journey — forming bonds that often last beyond graduation
- Gain experience in teamwork, communication, and social responsibility — transferrable skills valued within and beyond classroom

Details for Student Organizations
- The 2025 Engagement Fair Interest Form will open on July 23rd on LUCommunity. The form will close at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 11th.
- Interest form: https://cglink.me/22p/s41
- As a reminder, you must have submitted re-registration for the 2025-2026 Academic Year to be eligible to participate.
- Submitting an interest form DOES NOT guarantee you a table at the Engagement Fair. The Center for Student Engagement will review all submissions after the form closes and notify selected organizations of their participation status.
