On October 13, Loyola University Chicago will honor Indigenous People’s Day with panel presentation exploring issues impacting Native American communities in the Great Lakes region. Expert panelists will discuss the status of Rights of Nature claims in tribal and U.S. courts and how these claims impact ongoing struggles for Tribal Sovereignty.
