- Insert the SD Card in the slot on the Zoom H5.
- Turn on Zoom H5 and press the Menu button on the right-hand side of the recorder.
- Use the toggle wheel to scroll down to the "SD Card" menu.
- Use the toggle wheel to scroll down to the "Format" menu.
- The device will prompt: "Are you sure?" Input Yes.
- Your SD card should now be formatted for the Zoom H5 and erased of all previously existing data.
