Software Installation Requests

To ensure stable classroom and lab computing environments, we require faculty and staff to submit requests for desired instructional software applications in advance as we prepare for the upcoming academic year. The submission process affords ease of organizing requests, software details, licenses, and installation files to be reviewed in more detail to be considered for inclusion.

Requests must be received no later than Friday, March 20th, 2026. Any requests made after this deadline will not be included.

Our annual project is actively underway as we prepare for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Software requested and approved will be included on workstations for the following terms: Fall 2026, J-Term 2027, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027.

Additional Notes:

  • Each unique software request requires it's own submission form entry. If submitting multiple requests, once you complete the first, click "Submit another response" to start a new submission, or return to this page later to begin another new submission.
  • Be prepared to have all license files, downloads links, and software installation files ready to include in your request submissions.
  • All software will be installed with default settings and configurations unless otherwise specified in your request submissions.
