Chase Payment Feature
Nationwide offers a Chase Quick Pay electronic reimbursement option for policyholders. This feature provides a free, fast, simple, and secure method for claims payment.
- Policyholders who enroll in Electronic Claims Payment can link a checking or savings account to a Chase Payments account.
- Claims reimbursements are deposited electronically.
- Enrollment is available at my.petinsurance.com by selecting “Receive claim payment electronically.”

FAQ - My Pet Protection Plan
Nationwide offers valuable pet protection benefits through its My Pet Protection plans.
Enrollment & Renewal
- Once enrolled, employees do not need to re‑enroll each year. Policies automatically renew, consistent with prior years.
- Employees will receive:
- A renewal notice approximately 60 days prior to renewal explaining any plan changes.
- Their full policy packet shortly before the renewal date.
- Renewal language has been simplified to make changes easier to understand.
- You will direct pay for your enrollment, payroll deductions are not an option
Managing Your Policy
- Online account access is available.
- To make changes to your plan or ask benefit‑related questions, call 877.738.7874.
Leaving Loyola Employment
- Coverage may continue through direct billing (sent to your home).
- No action is required to keep the policy active.
- Upon renewal, special group pricing may no longer apply.
Renewal Timing
- The renewal period begins 60 days prior to the policy’s 12‑month term expiration.
- Additional details are included in your policy Declaration documents.
